TrafficStars is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with 3+ years of experience in ML/Data Science to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus. The role involves building and improving ML models, analyzing large datasets, and deploying models into production.

TrafficStars is a product IT company with over 10 years of experience in the market. We are an international advertising network that registers over 10 billion events daily in a ClickHouse cluster of 3.6 petabytes. The company's infrastructure includes over 500 servers located in data centers across Europe and the USA. During peak hours, our network processes over 1 million requests per second. We are looking for an ML engineer who can work with scale, classic ML, and product analytics. What you will do: • Build and improve ML models (scoring, ranking, anomaly detection) • Analyze huge datasets (hundreds of billions of events) • Deploy models into production: from training to monitoring • Work with real-time and historical data • Conduct A/B tests, features, and metrics • Identify growth opportunities in traffic and user behavior • Build internal tools and dashboards

What you need: • 3+ years in ML / Data Science • Experience with production models (end-to-end) • Statistics, hypotheses, A/B tests • SQL (ClickHouse is a plus) • Python / R (sklearn, XGBoost, etc.) • Experience with big data (TB–PB) • Ability to explain complex things in simple terms Will be a plus: • MLOps / model lifecycle
