You will: - Build and improve the core LLM pipelines for our AI platform: - fine-tuning pipelines - synthetic data generation pipelines - evaluation pipelines - Design and generate high-quality datasets for training, benchmarking, and model improvement. - Run fast experiments, validate hypotheses, and turn promising ideas into production-ready solutions. - Work on challenging AI problems in e-commerce, including search, answer quality, and model behavior.

Must-have: - Strong engineering background in Python, proven in production environments. - Deep understanding of how modern language models work. - Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning. - Experience building data pipelines for training and evaluation. - Experience designing and running LLM evals. - Strong experimental mindset: able to move fast, iterate quickly, and test ideas in practice. - Startup mindset with high ownership and readiness to work across research and engineering boundaries. - AI-native approach to work and development. Nice-to-have: - Experience with pretraining or continued pretraining. - Experience with RAG systems, reranking, or retrieval-based AI systems. - Experience in e-commerce AI, search relevance, or ranking systems.
