Linkbuilder / PBN Specialist, salary from 150,000 RUB, remote, full-time. Develop link building strategies, manage PBN network, work with high-risk niches.

Develop and implement external promotion strategies for various projects and geos. Analyze link profiles of projects and competitors. Work with outreach, guest posts, crowd, directories, exchanges, direct placements and other link sources. Find platforms and negotiate with webmasters independently. Control quality, indexing and effectiveness of obtained links. Design, launch and develop a PBN network: form approach to domain purchase, infrastructure and scaling. Find and evaluate expired/drop domains: history, topic, link profile, spam and possible risks. Work with auctions, registrars, backorder services, hosting and Cloudflare. Organize deployment, configuration and content filling of PBN sites. Diversify infrastructure and reduce overall network footprint. Keep track of expenses on PBN and other linkbuilding channels. Evaluate investment effectiveness and adjust strategy. Prepare clear reports on work done and results.

At least 2 years of experience in linkbuilding. Practical experience in betting, casino, iGaming or other high-risk niches. Experience promoting projects in Russia/CIS and foreign geos. Proven experience in independently building and maintaining PBN. Ability to find and evaluate expired/drop domains. Understanding how to reduce footprint and work with PBN in practice. Confident work with Ahrefs, Majestic, Semrush or similar tools. Understanding of main SEO metrics and ability to evaluate donor quality. Basic technical skills: WordPress, DNS, hosting, Cloudflare. Ability to work with auctions, registrars and backorder services. English sufficient for communication with foreign platforms and webmasters. Independence: not waiting for detailed technical specifications for each step — important to be able to propose a solution and bring it to result. Will be a plus: PBN experience, linkbuilding and AI, automation, betting/casino, own base of platforms and webmasters, traffic growth cases.

Fully remote work. Full-time employment, 5/2, flexible start of the working day. Salary from 150,000 RUB net. Separate budget for domains, auctions, hosting, content and SEO tools. Opportunity to independently build the PBN direction. Opportunity to influence external promotion strategy. Projects in different geos and highly competitive niches.
