Lead Automated Testing (Python) for T1 company. Leading a team of network equipment testers, managing automation processes, analyzing test results.

Strengthening the existing network equipment testing team, leading a dedicated team; Managing the automation processes of the existing manual test base, monitoring and analyzing execution results, optimizing these processes; Ensuring prompt analysis of test results, identifying and documenting defects, preparing necessary reports; Tracking team performance metrics and the growth of the autotest base; Measuring and improving the quality and execution speed of automated tests; Interacting with related teams to coordinate work and remove obstacles for the team; Improving testing processes and methods.

Experience with networks, Linux, development tools, task and defect management; 5+ years in testing, at least 1.5 years in a Lead role (managing 3-4 people); Experience in recruitment and employee motivation; Experience with automation in Python+Pytest (fixtures, plugins, parameterization, test structure), excellent understanding of abstractions; Experience with asyncio, aiohttp, sqlalchemy, scapy, scrapli, asyncssh; Good understanding of development and testing processes; Organizational skills, systemic thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail; Experience testing complex high-load systems will be a plus.
