Lead Recruitment Consultant (Pharmaceuticals)

HR holding Ventra is seeking an expert to take on the closure of Middle–Senior–Top positions in the pharmaceutical industry and become a reliable partner for clients. Responsibilities: • Closing commercial block vacancies of Middle–Senior–Top level in pharma companies. • Active search and attraction of candidates independently and with the help of a sourcer. • Close work with clients on vacancies. • Development of client base, business attraction, negotiations with clients. • Labor market analysis, preparation of statistics and reports.

• Experience in recruitment in the pharmaceutical direction from 6 months. • Experience in a recruitment agency is mandatory. • Desire to work with clients. • Proficiency in advanced search methods (Boolean, X-ray, networking), creating a search map. • Proactivity, stress resistance, active sales skills, and excellent presentation skills.

• Remote work format; business trips possible. • Schedule: 9:00 – 18:00 Moscow time. • Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. • Voluntary medical insurance after probation period, corporate training. • Good fixed salary + bonus for closed vacancies and attracted clients (discussed individually). • Opportunity to achieve total income above market.
