Lead Recruitment Consultant

Ventra is hiring a Lead Recruitment Consultant to fill Middle–Senior–Top commercial roles in pharma companies. Requires 6+ months of pharma recruitment experience and agency background. Remote work with possible business trips.

— Closing vacancies of the commercial block at Middle–Senior–Top level in pharmaceutical companies. — Active search and attraction of candidates independently and with the help of a sourcer. — Close work with clients on vacancies. — Development of the client base, business attraction, negotiations with clients. — Labor market analysis, preparation of statistics and reports.

— Experience in recruitment in the pharma direction from 6 months. — Experience in a recruitment agency is mandatory. — Proficiency in advanced search methods (Boolean, X-ray, networking), drawing up a search map.

— Remote work. — Business trips are possible.
