Lead QA Engineer (Team Lead) at КА Vital Partners LLC in Moscow. Salary: 300-350k RUB (gross). Full-time, office-based. Responsibilities include testing hardware-software complexes, planning test strategies, and leading a QA team.

Our client is a Russian IT company, a developer of innovative accounting systems and measuring instruments for high-load telecommunication solutions. Tasks: * testing of hardware-software complexes (PAK) and working with hardware; * planning of testing strategies and methodologies, development of test plans; * organizing the work of the QA team (Team Lead), task distribution; * participation in test automation, development of test stands.

Experience as a Team Lead in QA for at least 2 years; Knowledge of software testing methodologies and principles; Experience with TestIT, Redmine, GitLab; Experience in testing information security systems/cryptographic information security tools (PAK). Will be a plus: higher technical education; experience in load testing and compatibility testing; experience in information security.

DMS after the probationary period (3 months); training at the company's expense. Only office, no hybrid or remote work.
