EasySMS is looking for a QA Lead with 3+ years of experience to lead a team of 2 QA engineers. Hybrid work format (1-2 days in the Moscow office). Salary 250,000 ₽ net. Development of high-load B2B services.

We develop high-load services for user communication in the B2B segment. Major clients: START, XFit, Sogaz, MTS, Tochka. What are these services: • Sending messages via SMS, E-mail, Viber, WA (150+ million dispatches monthly) • Processing messages through business processes (chatbots, etc.) • Voice services (still in its infancy, but we are developing this area) • Marketing services (surveys, promotions) Full stack: - C++, PHP (Symfony, Laravel), Go, React, TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL (Hasura, TanStack Query), PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, Kafka, VMware, Docker, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix

Competencies: - Experience as a QA Lead for 3+ years - Need a lead for a team of 2 QA engineers - Ability to work in an uncertain environment - Ability to analyze the current situation "from the start" - Experience in building or transforming testing processes - Deep understanding of testing methodologies and coverage control - Experience in implementing test automation - Understanding of CI/CD processes (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) Tasks: - Building and developing the testing process (from scratch or through audit and rebuilding the current one) - Forming a testing strategy and controlling test coverage - Assigning tasks and setting priorities within the team - Implementing and developing test automation - Integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines - Working with quality in production: incident analysis, establishing preventive measures - Organizing and maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, reports) - Interaction with development, product, and DevOps teams Will involve close interaction with top management and department heads. SMPP experience, telecom experience, and experience tuning processes as a QA Lead are a plus.
