VK Video is seeking a Lead Product Manager to develop the monetization system for creators. Responsibilities include building a sustainable monetization ecosystem for bloggers and enhancing the creator experience on VK Video through the AdBlogger platform.

You will be responsible for creating a sustainable monetization ecosystem for creators and building a complete creator experience in VK Video with earnings through the AdBlogger platform. What you will do: — Fully responsible for the setup and development of the creator monetization direction in VK Video through the AdBlogger platform — Develop and scale monetization tools for VK Video creators from hypotheses to implementation — Segment the audience and determine which earning methods are suitable for different types of creators — Identify barriers and growth points so that more creators can earn stably on the platform — Develop a strategy for working with advertisers and creators — Launch new advertising formats — Improve interaction within the platform

We expect: — Experience as a product manager — from three years (preferably in B2C, content, or advertising products) — Analytics and segmentation — you know how to segment the audience into groups and understand how to work with each — Funnels and growth points — you can identify where creators are lost and know how to fix it — Cause-and-effect relationships — you don't just see correlations, but understand what lies behind the numbers — UX thinking — you can design interfaces that solve problems, not create new ones — Experience with A/B testing — you know how to set up experiments correctly and draw conclusions, not just run tests — Ability to build and calculate unit economics models — you understand the drivers of revenue, profitability, and LTV — Experience with monetization models (advertising, subscription, transactions) — you understand the differences in growth and retention mechanics
