Lead Marketing Manager

Remote Lead Marketing Manager needed for lead generation in entertainment. Must attract 300+ leads daily. Salary 200,000–500,000 RUB/month. Flexible/hybrid work.

Goal: Attract leads to company websites/landing pages in leisure and entertainment.Responsibilities:- Work with target audience;- Increase website conversion rates;- Develop and launch marketing campaigns to attract new leads for events and leisure projects;- Create engaging content for social media and email campaigns;- Analyze leisure industry trends and propose fresh ideas;- Collaborate with bloggers and partners to promote events;- Monitor effectiveness of advertising activities and optimize budget.

- 3+ years of marketing experience with successful promotion of leisure projects/events;- Knowledge of targeted and contextual advertising and SMM;- Ability to work with analytics (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics);- Creative, proactive, results-oriented;- Excellent writing and idea generation skills.
