Dom Pechey is an official dealer of stove and fireplace manufacturers, a top-3 company in Moscow and Moscow Oblast. As a Lead Manager, you will handle incoming calls and requests, respond to clients in online chats and on the website, ask questions to determine client needs, pass qualified leads to sales managers, and record information in CRM.

Experience in a call center, as a lead manager, or as a sales manager; competent oral and written communication; ability to quickly respond to inquiries and work with a high incoming flow; responsible and attentive. Must have a computer, headset, and stable internet.

Remote work; salary from 37,500-50,000 RUB per month; number of working days individually agreed, approximately 15-20 shifts per month; from 9:00 to 19:00 MSK; only incoming requests, no cold calls or client search; training on product and processes provided.
