Valletta Software is expanding its team: 2 Go positions — Lead and Architect. We're looking for Go engineers at two levels to join our client's distributed team. If you're passionate about scalable systems and AI integration — this is for you! Working hours: 09:00–18:00 CEST.

Requirements (Lead Go Engineer): - 5–6+ years of commercial Go development - 2+ years as Team Lead / Lead Engineer - Distributed systems, Go concurrency - Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration / configuration - Degree in IT - CI/CD, stakeholder communication, mentoring senior engineers - English — C1 - Nice to have: experience in insurance Requirements (Go Architect): - 7+ years of software development, 4–5+ years of production Go - Deep knowledge of Go: goroutines, channels, context, memory model - Experience with AI/ML integration - Designing distributed, microservice and high-load systems - REST / gRPC APIs, relational databases, message brokers, Kubernetes, CI/CD - Architectural reviews, ADRs, tech specs, stakeholder communication - English — C1 - Nice to have: NoSQL, cloud-native (AWS/GCP/Azure), DDD/SRE, Architect/Staff experience, Java/Python/C++
