Lead Full Stack Developer (C# + Angular + AI)

Lead Full Stack Developer with C#, Angular, and AI for a product IT company. Remote, Russia. Salary discussed individually. Requires 8+ years of commercial experience and hands-on Claude Code usage.

Lead the full development cycle from idea to production. Develop and enhance platform components. Design architecture and integrations. Work with requirements, build data models and calculation algorithms. Communicate directly with end users. Conduct code reviews and participate in technical discussions. Apply AI tools at all stages of development.

8+ years of commercial experience in complex systems development. Strong skills in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Angular, and AI tools. Understanding of information system architecture and integration principles. Real experience with Claude Code: setting up CLAUDE.md, structured prompts, codebase analysis, generating production-ready code, refactoring, tests, pull requests, and security audit. Understanding of LLM limitations and ability to build a secure HITL process. Nice to have: experience with DWH/BI.
