Flutter / Full-stack Developer (AI-native)

Xmethod.de seeks an AI-native Flutter/full-stack developer for project work. Low-code or full-stack skills, AI tools experience required. Remote, part-time. Salary up to 270,000 RUB net.

We are Xmethod.de, an outsourcing company for mobile app development. We are in a growth phase and building a pool of AI-native developers for project work. We consider two levels: 1. Minimum: low-code developer able to build a working app with DB and logic alone (for MVPs, prototypes, light products). 2. Ideal: full-stack covering complex mobile, backend code, and web interfaces. Active experience with AI tools—especially Claude (API, Claude Code)—is required; LLM integrations, RAG, agent frameworks are a plus.
