Lead Full Stack Developer (C# + Angular + AI) for business intelligence platform with AI capabilities. Remote, Russia, Moscow timezone. Salary 280,000–380,000 RUB net. Corporate AI tool subscriptions.

We are building a business intelligence platform and enriching it with artificial intelligence capabilities: natural language, smart prompts, AI assistants. We are looking for an engineer with experience implementing AI into development and end-to-end development skills with Claude Code. Responsibilities: - End-to-end ownership: lead a task from idea to production. - Develop platform components entirely. - Gather requirements, build data models, and describe calculation methods. - Communicate directly with end users. - Design architecture and defend your decisions. - Deeply apply Claude Code and Cursor as agentic tools, not just chat. - Conduct reviews, technical discussions, and develop engineering culture.

5+ years of commercial development of complex systems. Confident skills: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Angular, AI tools. Real experience with Claude Code: setting up CLAUDE.md, structured prompts, codebase analysis, generating production-ready code, refactoring, tests, pull requests, and security audit. Understanding of LLM limitations and ability to build a secure HITL process. Nice to have, but not critical: experience with DWH/BI.

Remote work, Russia, Moscow timezone. Salary guideline: 280,000–380,000 RUB net, ready to discuss individually with serious Claude Code experience. Corporate subscriptions to AI tools.
