Lead DevOps Engineer / Team Lead

Brainsome is hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer / Team Lead in Limassol, Cyprus. Office-based 5/2, relocation required. Focus on infrastructure, CI/CD, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and mentoring a DevOps team.

Brainsome is a leader in Online Customer Acquisition in the US market with its own digital solutions. Responsibilities: - Maintain and improve the existing infrastructure system - Collaborate with the Development team to enhance production stability, availability, and reliability - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines - Work with various cloud providers to support scalable deployments - Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers - Participate in technical decision-making and process improvements

Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g., GCP, AWS) Skilled in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm) Practical expertise in managing relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Redis: performance tuning, replication, and backup strategies Working knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) Applied experience with CI/CD pipelines Proficiency with service mesh solutions (e.g., Consul) Understanding of load balancers such as HAProxy
