Lead Backend Developer (PHP/Laravel)

We are developing several high-load products, working with large volumes of traffic, and value engineering culture. Our team fosters openness, mutual assistance, and a commitment to quality code. Tech stack: PHP 8.*, Laravel 7→11, MySQL 8, Redis, Horizon, Nginx, CI/CD. Role: - Lead 4 backend developers (reviews, mentoring) - Write code ~40% of the time - Handle high load up to 500 RPS - Optimize queries, refactor, develop new features

7+ years of PHP experience Experience managing 2+ developers Excellent knowledge of Laravel, SQL, Eloquent High-load experience (understanding code resources) Experience with queues, Redis, Memcache, Git, CI/CD English B1+ (written)
