Lead Backend Developer at VK Tech, Moscow. Focus on developing and supporting VK WorkSpace modules and services. Requires experience in Go, Python, microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux.

Responsibilities include: - Development and support of VK WorkSpace modules and services: Mail, Calendar, Cloud, Messenger, Board, etc.; - Implementation of new product features and improvement of existing scenarios for millions of end-users; - Integrations with third-party corporate systems and products of the VK ecosystem; - Optimization of service performance and reliability, working with high loads; - Participation in the design of architectural solutions: routing, queues, data storage, security, fault tolerance; - Work in fully open development processes: clear task descriptions, quality reviews, documentation, quality and stability control; - Participation in the SaaS version release process and development of product metrics: activation, retention, NPS/CSAT, error-free, delivery speed.

Requirements: - Experience with languages: Go, Python; - Experience in writing microservices, understanding of microservice architecture; - Understanding of multithreading, parallel computing; - Kubernetes, Docker; - HTTP, gRPC; - Experience working with Linux OS; - Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
