Lead Automated Testing (Python) at Sber in Nizhny Novgorod. Responsibilities include team leadership, automation process management, defect analysis, and performance metrics tracking. Requires 5+ years in testing, 1.5+ years in a Lead role, and strong Python/Pytest experience.

Strengthening the existing network equipment testing team, leading a dedicated team; Managing the automation processes of the existing manual test base, monitoring and analyzing execution results, optimizing these processes; Ensuring prompt analysis of testing results, identifying and documenting defects, preparing necessary reports; Tracking team performance metrics and the growth of the autotest base; Measuring and improving the quality and execution speed of automated tests; Interacting with related teams to coordinate work and remove obstacles in the team's work; Improving testing processes and methods

Experience with networks, Linux, development tools, task and defect management; 5+ years in testing, at least 1.5 years in a Lead role (managing 3-4 people); Experience in employee recruitment and motivation; Experience with automation in Python+Pytest (fixtures, plugins, parameterization, test structure), excellent understanding of abstractions; Experience with asyncio, aiohttp, sqlalchemy, scapy, scrapli, asyncssh; Good understanding of development and testing processes; Organizational skills, systems thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail; Experience testing complex high-load systems will be a plus.
