Building and developing the AI backend and agentic workflows, designing multi-turn dialogues (context, tool calling, RAG, state management), quality evaluation and monitoring, ensuring production reliability.

Production experience with LLM/Agent systems (10,000+ active users), strong Golang backend. Experience with evaluation sets, regression suites, production monitoring; ownership mindset; Web3 experience (1+ year in crypto/DeFi/Web3).

Salary: ~$140,000 – $180,000 per year (gross). Remote globally.
