Launch Producer / Head of Launches

Launch Producer for NeuroSamurai, an EdTech project on productivity and AI. Remote, full-time, salary from 100,000 RUB + KPI + % of revenue.

Conduct launches of cohort programs for a warm base and social media audience. Collaborate with the founder on offers, deadlines, bonuses, and sales mechanics. Write warm-up content: stories, posts, Reels scripts, carousels, chatbot messages, and mailings. Own revenue targets for each launch. Plan launch calendars and sales activities. Segment chatbot and Telegram channel base, improve conversion. Collect pre-orders and sell subscriptions between launches. Coordinate designers, technical specialists, and contractors. Analyze launch funnels, conversions, and revenue. Prepare regular reports and recommendations.

3+ years of experience in info-business, online schools, EdTech, or expert projects. Experience independently running launches on warm base via personal brand and organic content. Ability to write engaging content and sales sequences. Understanding of sales funnels and analytics. Experience with chatbots, UTM tags, deep-links. Honest analysis skills. Bonus: experience in psychology, self-development, health, education, subscription products, Reels funnels.
