Technical leadership of the Kotlin Multiplatform direction: Android MDM and desktop messenger Design of a realtime client over persistent or streaming transport Design of reliable local storage and synchronization Client-side threat modeling Diagnosing performance of a client with large history Forming and implementing AI-assisted practices at team level

Deep knowledge of Kotlin, Android and Compose Deep production experience with KMP, production experience with CMP Desktop Experience designing a realtime client over persistent/streaming transport Experience designing reliable local storage and synchronization Ability to conduct client-side threat modeling Production experience with Android Enterprise/MDM or comparable experience with Android system/security/enterprise API Experience diagnosing performance of a client with large history Experience as a tech lead with measurable impact, ability to make decisions under tight deadlines Nice to have: experience with multi-step/parallel AI agent workflows, CI/CD for mobile and desktop, test automation for omnichannel products and contract tests
