Nabyo is looking for a Junior SMM Manager for remote work. Responsibilities include content creation (images, posts, videos), content duplication across social media, UGC collection, and reporting. Salary from 50,000 RUB.

Responsibilities: 1. Content creation, including idea generation and graphic design: - Image series (carousel): 8 per month - Posts (news, interactive, humor, etc.): 8 per month - Video editing (cutting, re-editing, adding music, subtitles, titles): 4 per month - Preparation of announcements for new collections (adding product names to photos and descriptions): 3-4 posts per announcement, 1-2 times per month - Generation of images and videos using AI: on request 2. Duplicating ready content from TG to other social networks: - VK, Max - up to 30 posts, *gram - partially - YouTube Shorts, Vibs: from 8 videos per month - Collection of UGC content (selection of content in client chats, communication, uploading to disk, selecting titles, maintaining a work log) - Maintaining monthly reports on work performed

Requirements: - Knowledge of graphic editors: Figma / Photoshop / Canva - Editing skills: CapCut - Desirable knowledge of AI photo/video generation services: Gemini / Midjourney / Nano Banana, Kling AI / Luma AI or similar - Skill in editing text after AI generation, if required - Initiative and ability to organize work independently - Responsibility and attentiveness - Creativity
