Junior Sales SDR LATAM at Spendbase
Spendbase is seeking a Junior Sales SDR for the LATAM market. This remote role involves lead generation through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, qualifying leads, and scheduling product demos. Requires 0-2 years of sales experience and fluent English.
Help companies tame their spending chaos with the fast-growing fintech startup Spendbase. We are looking for an energetic SDR ready to conquer the Latin American market and build a career in a dynamic SaaS environment. What needs to be done: • Actively search for and engage clients in the LATAM market through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn • Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the Sales team • Research target companies and find key decision-makers (IT, Finance, Procurement)
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or Business Development • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Resilience to rejection, high motivation, and comfort working with a large volume of outreach • Advantageous: knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese and experience with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
