Junior QA at ARRU GAMES. Remote. Salary $500–$800/month. Independent mobile studio developing casual Merge games; manual testing, bug reporting, and checking mechanics.

ARRU GAMES is an independent mobile development studio founded in 2021. For the past few years, we have developed and supported casual Merge games, continuously improving products based on analytics, player feedback, and a LiveOps approach. Responsibilities: - Play test versions of the game and find bugs. - Check new game mechanics and changes before release. - Try to ‘break’ mechanics with non-standard actions: test not only the obvious scenario but also ‘what happens if I do this?’. - Verify found bugs several times and determine under what conditions they occur. - Describe bugs so a developer can understand and reproduce the problem. - Take screenshots and record videos of found bugs. - After a fix, verify that the bug is really gone and nothing nearby broke. - Look at the game through the eyes of a regular player and report anything strange, unclear, or inconvenient.

Attention to detail and curiosity. Desire to understand why something works incorrectly. Proactivity: do not limit yourself to the task scenario; independently check adjacent and non-standard cases. Willingness to investigate a problem independently: test different conditions, repeat scenarios, and look for patterns. PC and Android smartphone. Experience playing mobile games.

Remote work. Salary: $500–$800 per month.
