Junior Project Manager (FinTech)

FinTech company in Paphos, Cyprus seeks Junior Project Manager for operational support and coordination of one of six FinTech projects. Salary €1800-2200, office-based, 5/2.

The company develops 6 internal products in international markets. The role involves: - Stage 1 (first month, probation): dive into the product by analyzing internal support tickets and CRM requests, investigate operational incidents (failed transactions, stuck applications), thoroughly study business logic, loan issuance algorithms, and CRM architecture. - Stage 2 (from 2-3 months onwards): operational support and coordination of one of 6 FinTech projects, cross-functional interaction (setting tasks and monitoring deadlines with development, marketing, risk, and support teams), data extraction via SQL, reporting and basic analysis in MS Excel, identifying bottlenecks and proposing optimization hypotheses.

Must already reside in Cyprus and have legal right to work in Cyprus (EU passport, Temporary Protection, Cyprus permanent residence, spouse residence permit with work rights). No relocation visa or relocation/housing support provided. Professional skills: - MS Excel: confident user (pivot tables, basic formulas, data filtering). - SQL: basic level sufficient for independent data extraction. - Domain understanding: CRM systems logic and basic economics of financial/transactional products. - Language: fluent Russian (C1/C2) — all work communication and documentation in Russian (English not required). - Personal qualities: strong logic, attention to detail, calm and adequate attitude towards initial routine work with support tickets.

Salary €1800-2200. Salary review after probation. Final salary discussed individually after final interview. Probation period: 1 month. Official employment with a Cyprus company, white salary to bank card.
