Junior Performance Marketing Specialist for a Roblox game e-commerce product. Salary: $1000-1200 + KPI. Fully remote. Responsibilities include launching and optimizing ad campaigns, testing creatives, and analyzing metrics.
One of the largest in-game e-commerce products in the Roblox ecosystem. We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist who understands games and wants to grow in performance marketing. Work with real budgets, fast growth to middle, direct impact on results.
Understanding of game projects, mechanics, and player motivation. Understanding why players buy items/currency. Understanding basic mechanics: trade, rarity, inventory value. Ability to find ideas for creatives (TikTok/YouTube/Ads Library). Basic understanding of metrics: CPA, CR, CTR. Will be a plus: Experience with advertising (Meta/TikTok/Google). Experience in arbitration or performance marketing. Experience in game projects.
