We are looking for a Junior Finance Manager to join our fintech team to work with payment flows, liquidity, and operational finance. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in payments/fintech and gain practical experience in a fast-growing project. Responsibilities: - Assist in managing daily liquidity (incoming/outgoing) - Monitor balances and fund movements - Work with PSPs and payment providers - Check fees and settlement periods - Participate in currency operations and financial planning - Reconcile balances with providers and clients - Interact with Finance, AML, Compliance, and Payment Operations teams - Prepare reports and spreadsheets in Excel/Google Sheets

What's important: - Interest in fintech/payments/finance - Work experience or internship in finance/operations is a plus - Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, spreadsheets) - Attention to detail and analytical thinking - Ability to learn quickly and work with numbers - English - Intermediate+
