Software consulting for CRM products from Oracle and other vendors User support of customer CRM systems Technical support and maintenance of customer CRM systems Implementation of new processes based on the customer requirements On-call duties during weekends and public holidays (max 20%) Preparation and execution of customer training Travelling abroad (max 10%)

Higher education in Information Technology (IT), Economics or equivalent Understanding of basic database concepts and SQL language Willingness to learn and develop IT and project management skills Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in various CRM software products Client oriented, solution based, stress resistant and ready to work under tight deadlines Reliable and fair team player Fluent verbal and written English is a must, Russian would be an advantage
