Junior BI Analyst / Data Analyst

Main responsibilities: - Develop dashboards and reports (primarily Power BI / Tableau / self-hosted BI) for operational metric control and improved management decisions (including SLA/operational indicators). - Lead initiatives in data collection, transformation, and reporting release (from planning to launch). - Conduct advanced data analysis on business metrics, find causes of deviations, prepare recommendations. - Develop approaches to improve data processing efficiency, completeness, and quality. - Participate in standardization: documentation, data marts, quality control, best practices. - Mentor junior specialists (for middle candidates — mandatory/desirable).

Expectations: - Ability to create interactive and visually clear dashboards/reports and present insights to stakeholders. - Tools: Power BI (Desktop/Report Server when available), Tableau (incl. on-prem), Qlik, Apache Superset / Redash / Metabase, PixBI / FineBI / DataLens (a plus), other self-hosted BI solutions. - Advanced SQL. - Solid Python + Pandas. - Experience in Python visualization (matplotlib/plotly etc.; seaborn optional). - Understanding of data warehouse (DWH) concepts and data layers (staging/core/marts). - Knowledge of relational databases: PostgreSQL / MS SQL / MySQL and others. - Proven experience building ETL/ELT pipelines (in on-prem infrastructure / self-hosted environments). - Knowledge of modern data modeling approaches: Data Vault / Anchor Modeling (or readiness to quickly learn). - Experience in ensuring data quality and integrity (DQ checks, reconciliation, anomaly control). - Understanding of key business metrics (financial/product/operational, depending on project). - Practical experience with Git (branching, PR, code review — desirable).
