We are Avilance, a small but very successful agency with big ambitions. For 5 years we have been promoting businesses on Avito. Now we are growing and looking for people who will stay with us for a long time. We are looking for positive and responsible guys who want to understand marketing and grow into a specialist in promotion on Avito. You will be trained to work with Avito, real projects, a strong knowledge base and experienced mentors. Experience in the field is not needed - we will teach everything. We care more about how you think and learn than what you already know. Selection process: - Response with a story about yourself. - A small test task. - Introductory call. - Paid internship 4-6 weeks: theory, then practice on projects. - Offer to the best participants. We honestly say right away: there are fewer places in the team than interns. We look at practice results, learning speed and responsibility.

Internship conditions: - Paid internship - Fully remote - 4-6 weeks, start October 10 - 1-3 hours per day - can be combined with studies or other work After the internship, the opportunity to get a place in the team: schedule 5/2, fully remote, salary + % from each project (minimum salary of a specialist in the team is 55,000 RUB)
