Jira Analyst

Jira Analyst to develop and configure Jira/Confluence, bridging business and technical processes. Responsibilities include optimizing business processes, change management, requirements gathering, technical solution design. Fully remote; salary discussed after interview.

Responsibilities: - Analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes - Manage change management initiatives, collect structured feedback from stakeholders - Gather and formalize business requirements, translate them into technical system configuration - Design and agree technical architecture of solutions considering system constraints - Ensure continuous process improvement based on performance metrics and feedback - Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for internal teams

Requirements: - Ability to identify process bottlenecks, formalize them into requirements, and propose solutions within technical constraints - Systems thinking, risk management skills - Excellent communication skills, ability to work with different stakeholders and communicate the value of changes - Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) - Technical background: REST API, JSON, basic JavaScript, databases, understanding of client-server interaction - Experience administering Jira (Cloud and/or Data Center): workflow, permission, notification, screen, and field schemes - Understanding of Jira data structure: issue types, statuses, transitions, custom fields - Confident JQL: filters, reports, bulk operations - Experience setting up Jira Automation - Experience with basic Confluence administration: spaces, access rights, templates - Experience building dashboards and reporting (Rich Filters, Custom Charts) - Experience with Jira Plans, Structure, Advanced Roadmaps, or Big Picture Nice to have: - Experience with n8n or similar automation tools (Make, Zapier, Albato) - Experience implementing AI solutions - Atlassian certification
