Project Manager for digital transformation department in the retail chain 'Aromatic World'. Responsible for implementing ERP and WMS projects. Salary: 160,000 RUB/month plus possible bonus.

Join the digital transformation department of a retail chain. Responsibilities: - Requirements management and stakeholder communication: manage business requirements, survey processes, formalize requirements with analysts, coordinate with stakeholders, interact with the client and team on task estimation and acceptance. - Project planning and control: maintain backlog, plan and control sprints and releases, decompose tasks, control deadlines and quality, manage team workload. - Project team and process management: manage timelines, budget, quality, risks, communication; conduct daily stand-ups and coordination meetings; ensure information in Jira/Bitrix24 is up-to-date. - Documentation and reporting: prepare technical specifications and regular project reports (weekly/monthly/milestone).
