Java Developer

Java Developer at Digital Economy League. Full-time, office in Moscow. Support and development of marketing communications platform, backend Java, integrations, microservices.

Team supports and develops a marketing communications system — a platform for interaction with corporate clients: development and optimization of the backend, enhancement of integration services and microservice components. Responsibilities: - Interact with analysts and senior developers to clarify requirements, discuss architectural solutions - Develop backend part of applications in Java: server logic in accordance with technical requirements - Create integration services: mechanisms of interaction between internal systems and external APIs - Design and implement microservice components - Integrate with AI solutions: connect and configure interaction with LLM platforms - Write and maintain unit tests (JUnit, Mockito) - Fix defects: analyze and eliminate errors in existing code - Refactor and optimize code under mentor supervision

- Confident knowledge of Java 17 and experience with Spring Boot 3 from 6 months - Confident knowledge of SQL: joins, subqueries, aggregate and window functions, query optimization, ability to analyze execution plan - Experience with relational DB PostgreSQL - Knowledge of REST API principles - Experience writing unit tests (JUnit, Mockito) - Experience with Git and Maven - Basic knowledge of design patterns in Java - Understanding of microservice architecture principles and basics of multithreading - Practical experience with Spring JDBC - Higher or incomplete higher technical education
