Java Developer with CFT Platform Knowledge

Extyl seeks a Java Developer with CFT platform knowledge for an outstaff project migrating from Oracle to PostgreSQL. Full-time, remote, 5/2.

Outstaff project: joining the customer's team. Main task: migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL. Responsibilities: - Migrate from Oracle to PostgreSQL - Rewrite local developments

Knowledge of CFT platform (architecture, transactions, reference data) Understanding of banking products (loans, reporting) Java (Core, multithreading, JDBC), Spring (Boot / Data) or Java EE Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL (PL/pgSQL, query optimization, Explain) Ability to read PL/SQL (Oracle) and rewrite it for PostgreSQL Experience with database migration (schema, data, triggers, indexes transfer) Experience with Liquibase / Flyway, Git, CI/CD (Jenkins / GitLab CI) Nice to have: Docker, PostgreSQL profiling and tuning, Oracle → PostgreSQL auto-conversion tools, queues (Kafka / MQ)
