Java Developer

Java Developer for Sberbank CIB's Global Markets Order Management System (GM OMS), a mission-critical microservices platform. Salary up to 210,000 RUB in Moscow, or 175,000 RUB elsewhere in Russia. Must have 85% relevant experience.

Project: Sberbank CIB, Global Markets Order Management System (GM OMS). This is a target banking technology stack with a microservice cloud architecture and horizontal scaling. The platform is already in production, processing 1000 orders/executions per minute and successfully replacing costly vendor legacy solutions, serving broker products, proprietary trading orders (Fixed Income, Equity, Futures), and algorithmic execution. Main tasks: — Development of the desk's trading-analytical platform and ETL processes. — Design, detailing, and implementation of architectural solutions. — Refactoring existing code and conducting code reviews. — Close collaboration with analysts, frontend developers, business stakeholders, and related departments.

Mandatory requirements (Hard Skills): CRITICALLY IMPORTANT: Higher education required (strictly mandatory!). Languages and frameworks: — Solid knowledge of Java SE from 3 years (including deep understanding of concurrency). — Knowledge of Kotlin (or expressed readiness to learn it quickly). — Experience with Spring stack (Spring Boot, Spring Web, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Testing). Architecture and integrations: — Understanding of OOP principles, microservices architecture, and core design and integration patterns. — Experience with message brokers: ActiveMQ / Kafka. Tools and processes: — Build and version control: Maven, Git. — CI/CD and testing: Jenkins, JUnit. — Experience with team development using Jira, Confluence. — Experience with agile methodologies (Agile / DevOps). Will be a big plus: — Experience with containerized and cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift). — Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible). Soft Skills: — Developed communication skills: active communication with analysts and a genuine desire to deeply understand the domain (financial markets, trading).

Salary: up to 210,000 RUB (Moscow), up to 175,000 RUB (other cities in Russia).
