Java Developer

Middle Java Developer at LANIT, office-based. Develop new features, write clean code, unit tests, and integrate systems.

Creating new functionality, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, implementing business logic. Writing and executing unit tests, finding and fixing bugs. Troubleshooting, making changes, adding new features, adapting to changing requirements. Improving performance of existing applications, reducing infrastructure costs. Ensuring interaction with other systems, databases, web services, and APIs. Participating in code reviews, discussing tasks, sharing knowledge with colleagues. Documenting written code (Java doc, readme).

Higher technical education. 3+ years of experience as a developer in IT projects creating or developing information systems. Knowledge of Java Core 11, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Micronaut. Experience with BPMN diagrams of business processes (Camunda). Understanding of software development principles and technologies, OOP, multithreading, collections, memory management. Knowledge of technologies for interaction and integration of information systems (REST API, RabbitMQ message brokers). Understanding of distributed architecture of information systems. Confident SQL, experience with DBMS (ArangoDB). Ability to work with version control system (Git), build tools (Maven, Gradle), IDE (IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse). Ability to write unit tests, conduct various testing. Nice to have: CI/CD, Spring Cloud, SMEV, Docker, Dockerfile and Docker Compose, Linux, Shell scripts.
