IT Support Specialist
Topcotek is hiring an IT Support Specialist in Limassol. Responsibilities include daily hardware/software troubleshooting, workstation setup, user access management, and supporting network infrastructure. Requires 3+ years of experience and proficiency in Linux, Windows, and macOS.
The Role: Tech Support: Daily hardware/software troubleshooting (Win/Mac). Operations: Workstation setup, patching, and asset inventory. User Access: Managing onboarding/offboarding & account permissions. Systems: Supporting Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and Linux server infra.
Experience: 3+ years in IT Support or SysAdmin. Skills: Proficiency in Linux (CLI), Windows, and macOS. Networking: Strong grip on protocols (HTTP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Languages: Fluent English (Greek or Russian is a plus). Bonus: Jira Datacenter, Google Workspace, or Scripting (Bash/Python).
