IT Operations Technical Support Specialist for Restaurants in Dubai, UAE. Remote with possible on-site visits. Responsibilities include supporting IT infrastructure, POS, and payment systems. Monthly retainer from 4,000 AED.
Support of IT infrastructure, POS and payment systems for two restaurants in Dubai. This is not just technical support - it is a single point of responsibility for the stability of critical systems. Responsibilities: • Support of local IT infrastructure: network, Wi-Fi, CCTV, telephony, workstations • Support of POS systems, payment terminals, delivery integrations and reporting • Coordination of local contractors: task setting, control, acceptance of work • Incident response according to SLA, escalation of critical situations • Work communication in English and Russian
Has experience in remote technical support / system administration Understands the architecture of POS, payment systems and network infrastructure Values a structured approach and proactive support Ready to work in an international project with a high level of responsibility Key goal - not just to solve problems, but to prevent them, ensuring the smooth operation of restaurants.
Format: remote + rare site visits as needed Tools: centralized ticketing system SLA: prioritization from critical (online response) to project (by agreement) Payment: monthly retainer | from 4,000 AED Employment: contract with the employer company (UAE) Direct reporting to CIO
