IT Lead / CRM Team Lead for a strategic CRM platform development in the Corporate and Investment Business (KIB) block of a TOP-3 bank. Responsibilities include team management, backlog prioritization, stakeholder interaction, and system architecture development. Offers competitive salary, bonuses, and hybrid work format in Moscow.

We are developing a CRM platform in the Corporate and Investment Business (KIB) block to enhance business manageability and transparency. The project includes: - Automation of client planning and monitoring processes (bottom-up planning and forecasting); - Development of management reporting and strategic performance control systems; - Monitoring of KPI for client-facing divisions; - Development of client activities, product pipeline, and cross-selling; - Visualization of key business metrics and data.

Experience as a team lead in Agile teams for at least 2 years; Experience in designing systems architecture from scratch; Experience working with existing architecture and its development; Understanding of microservice architecture (pros/cons, practical experience); Experience in system performance optimization; Experience in setting technical specifications and forming product roadmaps; Result-oriented with a focus on stable system operation in production; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work with a large number of stakeholders. Will be a plus: - Experience in the banking sector (corporate client segment); - Experience in Java development; - Experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka.
