IT Infrastructure and Support Engineer

IT Infrastructure and Support Engineer with data center experience sought by Social Discovery Group, an international IT company. Fully remote position.

Work with infrastructure: data centers/colocation and clouds, networks, VPN, firewalls, monitoring, backups Deploy and support services in the cloud Administer and support systems on Windows, Linux, macOS Interact with vendors, implement solutions (MDM, SSO, helpdesk, etc.) Administer Google Workspace, email systems Onboarding/offboarding employees, access management User support (1st-2nd line), SLA compliance Procurement and inventory of equipment, lifecycle management Security control (MFA, access, patches, audit)

Mandatory experience with data centers.
