We are an international iGaming holding developing our own projects and payment directions. We are actively launching a new investment direction to form a portfolio of promising businesses. This is a unique opportunity to join the team at an early stage and, together with the head, build investment processes within a large holding. Responsibilities: - Analysis of potential investment projects and companies; - Study of financial and management reporting, financial models and business structure; - Valuation of business, investment attractiveness and potential return; - Communication with founders, shareholders and top management of companies; - Building and analyzing complex financial models; - Formation of investment cases (Investment Memo) for presentation to stakeholders; - Coordination of Due Diligence process and interaction with internal teams; - Participation in negotiations and support of deals to closing (later - portfolio monitoring).

- 1+ year of experience in investment, company valuation, M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital or related fields; - Practical experience in valuation of real companies or investment projects; - Confident financial modeling (Excel); - Skills in analyzing financial statements, budgeting and building financial forecasts; - Experience communicating with business representatives as part of project or deal valuation; - Ability to independently collect and structure information and manage multiple tasks in parallel; - Systematic, analytical thinking and high degree of autonomy. - Will be a plus: English and relevant higher education (finance/economics).
