Internet Marketer / Growth Marketer / Head of Marketing (remote)

Remote Internet/Growth Marketer / Head of Marketing for a large online store with over 1B RUB annual turnover. Fixed 150,000–250,000 RUB + performance bonus; total income up to 500,000 RUB/month.

We are a large online store with annual turnover over 1 billion RUB. We need an Internet marketer / growth marketer / head of marketing to build and develop a customer acquisition system via Telegram, content, advertising, bot, landing page, partnerships, and engaging mechanics. We need not just an executor, but a person who can think in funnels, test hypotheses, calculate economics, and explain what result each marketing step should deliver. You should not wait for constant instructions; you propose ideas, launch hypotheses, measure results, and help build a marketing pipeline. If you can combine creativity, analytics, Telegram, content, advertising, and business results — we will be glad to meet you. Tasks: - Build and develop the marketing funnel; - Calculate CAC, cost per lead, conversion, and effectiveness of advertising channels; - Launch and analyze marketing hypotheses; - Manage Telegram channel, bot, landing page, advertising, and engaging activities; - Develop and implement a content plan; - Assign tasks to designer, video maker, copywriter, and monitor results; - Participate in creating sales texts: posts, storytelling, warm-ups, ad combinations; - Find bloggers, partners, and channels for collaborations; - Organize giveaways, partner mechanics, and other engaging activities; - Explain where the budget goes, what result is expected, and what to scale; - Maintain weekly analytics and reporting on key metrics. A Telegram channel administrator already exists. Your task is not just to publish content but to manage the promotion and growth system.

Experience in internet marketing, growth marketing, SMM, or digital promotion; Understanding of sales funnels, CAC, conversions, and basic marketing analytics; Ability to work according to a plan and meet deadlines; Self-sufficiency, responsibility, and results orientation; Creative thinking and willingness to test new formats; Sense of taste and understanding of selling visuals; Experience with neural networks/AI; Ability to assign tasks to contractors and monitor their execution; Ability to explain decisions with numbers, not only 'feelings'. Nice to have: - Experience promoting Telegram channels; - Experience working with bloggers and partner placements; - Experience launching giveaways, warm-ups, and content funnels; - Experience in e-commerce or online sales.
