Internet/Growth Marketer/Head of Marketing for a large online store (>1B RUB/year). Build customer acquisition via Telegram, content, ads, bot, landing, partnerships. Fixed 150–250k RUB + bonus; total up to 500k RUB/month. Remote.

Large online store with turnover over 1 billion RUB per year is looking for a specialist to build and develop a customer acquisition system through Telegram, content, advertising, bot, landing page and partnerships. Responsibilities: — build and develop the marketing funnel; — calculate CAC, cost per lead, conversions and advertising channel efficiency; — launch, analyze and scale marketing hypotheses; — manage Telegram channel, bot, landing page, advertising and engagement activities; — develop and implement a content plan; — assign tasks to designer, video maker and copywriter, control results; — participate in creating sales texts, warm-up sequences and ad combinations; — find bloggers, partners and platforms for collaborations; — launch giveaways, partner mechanics and other activities; — plan the marketing budget and evaluate results; — maintain weekly analytics and reporting on key metrics.

— experience in internet marketing, growth marketing, SMM or digital promotion; — understanding of sales funnels, CAC, conversions and marketing analytics; — independence, responsibility and results orientation; — ability to generate and test hypotheses; — sense of taste and understanding of selling visuals; — experience working with neural networks; — ability to assign tasks to contractors and control their execution; — ability to justify marketing decisions with numbers; — experience promoting Telegram channels, working with bloggers, content funnels or e-commerce will be a plus.
