PREAX is an online accelerator of work experience for beginner Frontend developers. It helps gain first-year experience, improve hard and soft skills, and understand processes required in IT companies. Responsibilities: - Team implementation of real tasks in sprints, from simple to more complex - Creating full-fledged services and applications from scratch, supporting and developing current projects - Working with legacy code: improving other people's projects, analysis, refactoring, targeted fixes - Regular code review: checking other participants' work and receiving feedback on your own

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS and Git - Nice to have: familiarity with React, TypeScript, experience with various state managers and bundlers - Willingness to practice from 3 hours per week
