Fintech company Skyfort is looking for an Infrastructure Team Lead to lead the company's infrastructure development. Full-time, remote/hybrid. Salary based on interviews.

Fintech company Skyfort has been a leader in the IT market for over 7 years, creating solutions for leading banks in Russia and foreign financial services. We are looking for an Infrastructure Team Lead – a technical leader who will lead the development of the company's infrastructure.

Higher technical/specialized education; More than 3 years in management positions in a relevant field; Experience in designing and operating production infrastructure (clouds, containerization, CI/CD, monitoring), building fault-tolerant and scalable systems, working with incidents and post-mortem analysis; Practical experience with Kubernetes, understanding of SRE / DevOps principles and reliable operation practices; Experience in infrastructure automation (Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD).
