Betby.com is looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer to manage and support infrastructure, monitor health, and perform maintenance. Requires 4+ years of experience in infrastructure/technical support roles and Linux administration.

What you’ll do: ️ Manage and support infrastructure requests from internal teams Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and key metrics Manage user access and IT assets Perform maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting Improve documentation and internal infrastructure processes

4+ years of experience in infrastructure / technical support roles Linux administration experience Experience with virtualization technologies Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls) Basic scripting and command-line experience Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Nice to have: Docker / Kubernetes experience Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) Experience with backup and monitoring systems
