IBIT LTD is seeking an Influencer Marketing Team Lead for a full-time, office-based role in Limassol, Cyprus. The position involves leading the influencer marketing strategy and scaling user acquisition through influencers and partnerships in international markets.

We are looking for a strong Team Lead to lead the influence direction and scale user acquisition through influencers and partnerships in international markets. What you will do: – Develop and implement the influence marketing strategy; – Scale channels through influencers and integrations; – Develop international markets (LATAM, Asia, MENA, etc.); – Build relationships with key influencers; – Manage the team: hiring, development, KPIs; – Lead integrations (YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, X/Twitter, etc.); – Monitor the quality, effectiveness of campaigns, budgets, and metrics; – Interact with marketing, product, and analytics.

What is important to us: – 3+ years in Influencer Marketing / Partnerships / Business Development; – Team management experience (Team Lead / Head); – Strong negotiation skills and partnership experience; – Experience working with international influencers; – Understanding of performance metrics and analytics; – English B2+. Will be a plus: – Experience with YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Twitter; – Background in digital / tech / fintech / crypto; – Experience with performance campaigns with influencers.
