Influencer Marketing Manager at Blank. Remote worldwide. Salary from 200,000 RUB. Responsible for influencer ad purchases on YouTube, Telegram and other social platforms, negotiating and analyzing campaigns.

Project: Blank. Responsibilities: - Organize work with the influencer channel to make ad placements effective - Find suitable influencers and channels for paid placements on YouTube, Telegram and other social networks, including agencies, special projects and ambassador programs - Analyze and vet creators and channels before deals - Negotiate formats, timelines, prices, discounts and bonus placements - Create advertising concepts with the team or independently and run tests - Monitor campaign effectiveness and post-placement results - Plan the ad procurement budget and be responsible for its effectiveness

3+ years of buying advertising from creators, including international markets Residing outside Russia/Belarus Successful cases backed by real numbers and facts Strong negotiation skills to achieve the best terms Ability to create and test effective advertising concepts Independence: able to handle the entire deal from creator search to post-analysis Fluent Russian and English (B2+) Nice to have: established network of creators and agencies, experience promoting a technically complex subscription product
