Influencer Marketing Manager (CS2 / Dota 2 / Rust)

About the project: We are a large international marketplace for instant buyout and sale of game skins (CS2, Dota 2, Rust). We help users quickly and safely monetize in-game inventory. We are actively expanding globally and are looking for an experienced Influencer Manager to take full cycle of work with influencers (YouTube, Twitch, Telegram) and advertising agencies, turning traffic into stable trading turnover and balance top-ups. Responsibilities: - Conduct deep outbound scouting and attract new bloggers, streamers, and casters in CS2, Dota 2, Rust. - Process inbound advertising offers, strictly filter out non-target and inflated traffic. - Develop creative integration concepts, prepare clear briefs for bloggers and monitor their execution. - Launch large-scale advertising campaigns in close collaboration with the internal marketing department. - Maintain end-to-end campaign analytics in a detailed database (ROI, CPA, CPS, LTV) and prepare monthly reports.

Relevant experience: 1+ year as an influencer marketer in the Steam niche (skins, marketplaces, roulettes, cases) or similar highly competitive verticals. English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher for negotiations and correspondence with foreign influencers and agencies. Understanding of Steam economy: spread, hold, item liquidity, and gamer pain points. Analytical skills: ability to detect inflated views, likes, and bots in streamer chats using TGStat, Telemetr, Streams Charts, SocialBlade, etc. Tough negotiation skills: ability to argue down blogger prices and negotiate favorable hybrid payment models (Flat + CPA).
